1. Digital Products Policy
All items sold on our store are digital products (non-physical, downloadable files). Due to the nature of digital goods, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not available after purchase and download.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We may consider a refund only in the following cases:
The template has critical bugs or defects and does not function as described.
The product is incompatible with your environment and we are unable to resolve the issue.
You have not yet downloaded or accessed the files.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be approved if:
You simply changed your mind.
You purchased the wrong template by mistake.
You have already downloaded the product.
Issues are caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or your own modifications.
